Getting paid using a abn

    I asked someone who is in this business and he says you would be under the "Gardening and Landscape Services Award 2010" but pay rates are updated each year.

    He doesn't know if there is a union, but your hourly rate sounds about right and if you are employed as a casual you won't need an ABN. Some employers may sub-contract in which case an ABN would be required.
