Getting kids involved gate before and after

I have 3 kids 5 7 and 9. They all have been envolved in our renos and the whole process of buying, renting and adding value.

My 9 year old liked the show house rules ( I hate it, no budget and helpful tradies). So she wanted to do a before and after. Gave her some paint and said off you go.

Before and after. Nothing special but she loved the experience. The house we just purchased is a mess and she has already a list of what she wants to do.

 

That's awesome!! I have a 14yr old son who knows in the end what I have will end up his, have a vacancy I'm going to paint this weekend, you think his interested in helping me even though I offered him $20 an hour or hanging with his mates?

Next job for your daughter is to Gerni / Power wash the driveway and then paint it with a grey / light charcoal driveway paint.
