    But, but, but that means...

    1. Do a financial detox.

If you’re going to break up with someone you need space and time apart. You need to unfollow them on social media and start to separate your life from theirs.

That means, I need space and time apart from PC....:oops::(

    8. Remove yourself from temptation.
    (PC) mmm, maybe tomorrow....

    9. Seek help from a relationship counsellor (aka money expert).
    Plenty on PC!:D

    All good now.

In all seriousness, 10. Consistently monitor, gauge, adjust and track. can become a line between becoming obsessed and letting it go too far.

    Good read, cheers,

Don’t listen to the social media nastalgic propaganda of the world was a better place in the past.

Each generation is smarter, healthier and more successful than the one before. It’s called evolution and we are moving forward not backwards

Much of the messages from the media is really poisonous. Amazingly, so many ppl believe/are influenced by them.

Even with setbacks people are smarter and more evolved now

    At least most of us.

Evolution is at individual not society level and yes some people are still stuck at Neanderthal stage

mmm debatable across some areas of life. Ask an old person if they preferred living in the dark ages or now....

Agree, and in part why I'm wondering if we are moving forward in all aspects. Give me the medical advances, but I am resisting the social media accts.

@Mac Fields Yep agee. Medical advances are great and some technologies break throughs welcomed. I think on some other fronts we're actually going backwards. I believe from a pragmatic pov, individuals have the power now (more than ever before) to make so much of their lives if they choose to.
