I am wanting to look at the certificate of title for a particular NSW property. I have the lot & DP nbrs.
Are there any research programs that can get me this info free of charge? Or will I have to buy a search?

    Thanks in anticipation.

You have to pay about $12.

Or a copy of the CT will be in the contract of sale, so just ask for a copy of that.
