    Body building will change your body image for the better.
    So will a good diet, get rid of sugar addictions - makes all the difference.

    I have a tat on the inside of my right wrist. I got it about 4 years ago (I am 40 now), the missus and I were bored so we went and got tats lol (She got 3 birds on the inside of her left wrist). I had toyed with the idea for a decade though. The design doesn't mean anything, I just liked it, I had it as a temporary tat and decided it looked good so got it inked.

    I don't regret it, I don't dislike it and I will not remove it. I don't care what people will think about me when I am old because I got it for me, not for anyone else :). If you want one get one (and it doesn't really hurt either). Excuse the skin discolouration in the photo, he shaved my skin rather vigorously before doing the tat and it took some skin off.

    Even better get the tattoo of the man pushing the lawn mower over his head and just shave a strip in his head. If you don't like it then just grow your hair back.

    I have a back full of different tattoos,club insignia,ex wife's, current wife, eagles,dragons,roses,ying yang.Real odd bod i am.Not 1 tattoo is visible as its a personal thing dont need to show the world my life.

    One is still very much a work in progress and it's more and the 'issue' with the canvas rather than the actual artwork itself. I have a work in progress down my right side and it's not where I want it at yet (not totally as I visualised but too late now!) but the canvas has changed in the meantime.

    Sitting here trying to think of ways to articulate properly what I want to say without giving too much away, but meh, I can't. I'm usually an open book anyway. So, the past couple of years I have lost a bit of weight and things are a little saggier than they used to be. If my skin doesn't naturally retract a little than I'm open to getting some work done. I don't want to spend a bucket load on getting my tattoo finished where it might be chopped up so I'm in a holding pattern at the moment.
