    Hello beautiful people,
I’m very new into property chat and came here for a proper guidance.
I’m living in Adelaide, South Australia and recently bought my house. Now im planning to make a granny flat in my lawn area. I have 50 m2 area to build a granny flat.
Now rather going to the builders i want to design my own planning layout as i know all my measurements and following all the SA granny flat laws. PLEASE GUIDE me that is it possible that I can make my own planning proposal papers and submit it directly to the council? If yes, what should be the format of the development planning layout? I haven’t done any builders course but i exactly know what i’m doing.
Please help me linking up few google links and your suggestions as how can i make this possible?

    Kind Regards:
    Joe Singh

Search for other similar planning applications in your council area. Some councils have the info on their website, or you can view in person at council.
