    Cool in summer, it can be 35+ outside but gorgeous inside. Holds a pleasant temperature beautifully in winter. And extremely aesthetically pleasing to the eye. :D:p

    Fireproof and it will last forever and a day.

    Brick houses can be good from a property management pov but often lack easy options to add value.
    In terms of ppor i know a lot of people who can't be bothered with painting etc but their houses aren't very interesting. If you live in a brick house you need to have some interesting furniture and plants imo.
