    Hi all,

    First post on forum, I'm looking for some help/guidance on what I should be looking out for when inspecting a property to purchase.

    We're looking to buy our first PPOR and have identified the following criteria
    - Duplex or Townhouse

    Now i have basic understanding of what to look out for eg: number of houses in complex (for townhouses), strata costs, advoid main road etc...

    Is there a checklist so you can tick off or something like that?
