    Hi,
    Thanks for rolling out the red carpet. We've been renting in Neutral Bay, Sydney for the past 5 years and are looking to buy our home at the end of the year when my partner finishes a PhD. Looking in the St Ives, Turramurra, Pymble, Gordon areas.
    So I've come here to get the low down on what the markets doing and how to bag that cracker.
