    Hey guys,

    I have followed SS for sometime, however there was so much to read and learn (and still is) that I had never posted on the forums! So I will start from now :D

    Currently we have 2 IP's, one of which we are currently sub dividing and renovating the original house. Both are located in the foothills of Kalamunda.
    These are our first few projects and plan to grow as we gain more experience.

    Looking forward to getting to know more people and get out to some of the Perth meet-ups.

    Hi Rarsh - I just did a similar thing in the Kelmscott Hills ,and am just about to start the original house reno now the new build is almost done. Have fun with it - let us know how it goes :)

    Thanks Jess I can't wait to get stuck into it.
    Azazel- Kalamunda is about 30 minutes east of Perth and we are at the bottom about 20 from the city.

    I'll post up the progression as it all comes together
