Hi everyone. I've never spent too much time on property investment without living in a house I bought.. bought a cheap house, renovated it, moved away and rented it, used the equity to buy another, renovated it, moved away and rented it... the cycle continues... both properties yield of about 5% p.a. each with good tenants so am taking it easy before I go again. Been at it about 7 years, but the next one will be a "forever home" as I'm so damn sick of moving! Thought I'd join up here to network and maybe provide some advice based on my experiences... help others etc. Cheers,
