    Even worse, they can't sell no buyers, so who knows how long they will be stuck/hold these properties, equity tied up, no growth and I believe not even cashflow positive at this point in time.

    On the flip side those who purchased in the early stages when these markets started to move for around 300k are laughing all the way to the bank. Timing is everything

    Isn't gas extraction mostly low labour intensive anyway? when compared to coal or iron ore at least.
