    Yeah, if you have a clue, I would just do some basic checks yourself, any major problem should be obvious, and if it is hidden, would be hidden for B&P guy no doubt.

    I wrote about an old 1900s timber place before, dilapidated and had had termite attacks, it would still be there if the land val had not gone through the roof, it was bad when I was a kid, but it was still standing there 6 or so years ago :)
