Future valuation of small lots

    I am looking at a property in an area where 95% of the free standing houses are around 700m2 in size. What are the possible issues for buying a house that is sitting on a 300m2 sized lot?

    The rate of growth from similar 300m2 blocks seems to increase at a steady rate. I understand that there will be less potential buyers, but, will future valuations be an issue too? Buy&Hold strategy. thanks~
