I want to replace the front fence of an IP in Armadale area, WA. Security is important.
The IP is suitable for families and young children.
20m wide frontage and the current fence is brick and low and a wreck. The front garden is on a slight incline so swinging gate wasn't as good an idea.
There are no neighboring front fences.

I bought a new (owner didn't want it) sliding gate for $1000. Solid steel and very well constructed.
3.3m long and 1.8m high. Grey steel slats are the gate.

The consensus seems to be, though, that the fence is too big for the front fence and won't add street appeal. Be more like a jail.
In the picture is a tree on the fence and the tree is no longer there.

What would be the best option for making the fence on this house?
