Front/Back type townhouses

    Hi,

    I know nothing about townhouses (Vic) and what costs are involved and can only find scant info on the Internet and nothing that really answers my question. So for a front/back type townhouse (just 2), I understand there are no strata fees or management fees? The drvieway would actually belong to the back property?

    Would it just be like a normal house except that the front house does not have a driveway?

    Sometimes the front house will have a driveway on the other side.

    So one driveway on the left of the block to the rear, one driveway on the right of the block to the front.

    If the front house has a garage which is accessed of the one and only driveway (at front or rear of the front house) then the driveway becomes common property in WA - not sure of Vic but I assume same.
