    If its advice specifically relating to wealth creation it would be to always remain vigilant in guarding and maintaining a focused mindset. Once that starts to get rotten and erode away, it's all over.

    I changed my username within the last 6 months of Somersoft from Shady to Prime Commercial...decided to stick with Shady when signing up to PC.

    The advice I'd give myself would be BUY THIS...

    Something Different - What could you do with it?

    2.57Ha in Box Hill sold for $100k...5 acre llots were selling for $5-$6mil over the past couple of years as the whole area is being developed.
