    I posted earlier this week and provided a copy of our 2018 tax checklist. I said we include some free tools in our 2018 client tax pack and said I would share with the PC community a few of the FREE tools we include at some point. One is the My Rental Annual Summary tool.

    It an excel based tool that does some portfolio analysis and a bit more. Use it to summarise agent income and expenses, expenses you pay yourself, QS deductions and more. Use it for a annual summary for 2018 or for 2019.

    I would love any feedback on modifications to build it better. I'm already considering better treatment for non-deductible (but depreciable costs) and P&I loan repayment issues. Feedback to my email address please NOT here on PC.

    So when you ask who is a property savvy tax adviser? ......Who else offers something like this ?
