    The banks send you a single page with a figure on it. Not very useful. An RP Data report's figure may also be inaccurate, but it also comes with several additional pages of data. With a little grey matter that data can be very useful.

    Quite a few brokers on this forum have RP Data subscriptions and happily share.

    U haven’t even tried it, they send 15 pages which are pretty detailed and useful

    I stand corrected. It's been a while since I looked. For a long, long time, the ANZ report was a one pager. Some banks still are.

    RP Data does have an interesting type of report. Rather than sending a PDF, it's a link that's valid for about 30 days. It actuall updates over time and has more interactive features. No idea if it's more accurate though.

    Each of the banks have one, but I like the AMP (also Core logic) one more as it shows you exactly "days on market" without having you calculate via 'listed on ____"
