Anyone into messing about with old computers and can use an old laptop?

Having a clear out, can't bring myself to throw it away and it's not worth anything to try and sell on eBay etc.

Fujitsu Seimans with original XP install discs, clean reset and running.

I've also ran it with Linux Ubuntu.

Although old, it would really suit anyone that runs, or wants to set up, a high definition music streaming service like Tidal or Deezer as, unusually for a laptop, it has a built in digital optical audio output.

Anyone that wants it can come and get it from Somerville 3912 or Tyabb 3913 (or even Emma can take it to work and you can grab it from 442 St Kilda Road).

I can't find the PSU though (and the battery is long since kaput).

Model is Lifebook C series. Although old, it does have a Celeron processor and USB, Firewire and LAN connections.

    Cheers.
