Free streetscaping and beautification by Sydney City Council. Thankyou Council!

With the nature lover hat on:
"Oh, gorgeous! Less concrete, more green!"

With the investor hat on: "This adds to the street's desirability and therefore to the value of the properties..."

With the home buyer hat on: "oh, I want to live here"

    Win-win-win :D :D :D

There was this street art festival in the West End Brisbane. Not sure if it's good or bad for the property owners.

The girl one is pretty, the train one I make as a minus.

Anyway, I think this is great street art on the other side of Redfern. 20180124_180923.jpg

more and more street arts / murals are appearing on the street. But I'm really not sure it's good or bad because they are drawn using spray paints and can't be permanent.
