Free streetscaping and beautification by Sydney City Council. Thankyou Council! With the nature lover hat on: "Oh, gorgeous! Less concrete, more green!" With the investor hat on: "This adds to the street's desirability and therefore to the value of the properties..." With the home buyer hat on: "oh, I want to live here" Win-win-win And just because it's beautiful...
There was this street art festival in the West End Brisbane. Not sure if it's good or bad for the property owners.
The girl one is pretty, the train one I make as a minus. Anyway, I think this is great street art on the other side of Redfern.
more and more street arts / murals are appearing on the street. But I'm really not sure it's good or bad because they are drawn using spray paints and can't be permanent.
