    I was always told not to worry about asbestos unless you are doing renos ect.. Harmless whilst in walls/buildings ect... But it just occurred to me that a tenant could nail a picture into the wall, or drill into the wall.... Scary stuff!

    That is for testing insulation in the roof.
    Imagine getting into the roof to install some cable and the insulation has asbestos in it :eek:
    Good they are providing it free of charge.
