You'll need to slide the bar along to see August 2015.

I only watch Frankston South, specifically in the high school zone, and anything that's listed seems to be under contract rather quickly at the moment.

finally got around to finding the new location....

anyway looks like this is on the market again, was on selling houses australia a while back,

also does anyone know if the FHSZ gets rezoned or the boundary moves/ has moved before ?? Just seems like there is not much of Frankston central in the zone that could be worth a look if the zone ever has a chance of moving.

I first looked at the zone map about 5 years ago, looks exact same same today.

Not sure if its been changed previously.

With some of the prices that Frankston central properties have been getting lately, the frankston south ones (in the zone) don't look as expensive in comparison anymore.

Go to the High School website, you'll find it there. Central and South are 2 different kettle of fish.

Yes, it pretty much defines Frankston South. The border ends a few streets away from my house. I keep hoping they'll extend it out but won't be holding my breath. Apparently there was a kid in Wattle Dr who was put on the waiting list but he went to another nearby high school which in reality is just as good. No point changing schools when you're happy where you are. Usually works that way - one good HS means there's probably more. Good parents, good teachers, brothers and sisters who want a different school, etc.

One of the main reasons demand for property in Frankston South in the zone pushes prices higher.

Its one of the main reasons we bought there recently as we have an 8 and a 5 year old and are considering FHS as an option, so wanted to secure something in the zone.....we like to plan ahead :)

should change the name of it or the zoning then ... haha

I am in the ''golden triangle'' part of central , close to those two I mentioned above and i miss the zone by about 100 metres, the boundary is the V line tracks.

I didn't even know about the FHSZ when I bought here, but I am annoyed now that it is only metres away from being in high demand, oh well you live you learn.
