In the meantime, are you spending time making uour properties pretty and t e nsnt-proof? That will raise the appeal a bit.

Some good-looking numbers coming up in the sold section of rea.com. yet still only one-third of large house stock getting sold.Is this going to be a slow and steady increase in value with fhbs picking up nicely renovated houses? Hope so.

    Excellent news.
Especially about the Baxter line. Didn't know it would take so long. That will increase the value of my area - thought the train was already running there when I bought in.
I guess if they don't build a car park at the station it will leave them with more money to spend on beautification. I suppose a multi level car park is the last thing needed if there are still too many junkies around.
Mention of another govt dept moving there. Is that just speculation?
    It all sounds very exciting.

Wow, that is on par with Frankston South prices! Wonder what the attraction is/was

Potential 3 unit site, plus the place is really well renovated. Massive blokes shed on the back yard.

666sqm isn't anywhere near enough for a 3 unit site?
I thought you'd struggle with 2 on that size?

Check what they're doing with 13 Raymond ave, next street similar block size (might be smaller).

2 units would be enough for it. 3 wouldnt work.
