    It's interesting to see the results Frankston and the surrounding suburbs have enjoyed over the last few years (Frankston/Carrum Downs/Skye)
    Every time it hits a new high I wonder how high it can really go, at this rate I wouldnt be surprised if houses selling for 500-550 at the moment will be going for 700 in 5 years....

    It is strange to see that property still on the market, the price has been moving down (3rd time now). Now they are asking between $590,000 and $630,000. If I only had the funds now, I would buy it even on the land value itself...

    Central frankston keeps going up quickly. Now asking 600-700k. Its insane!!! Good if you have a house there

    yeah I think the time to buy in Frankston for the bargains was between 1-3 years ago. Too hard to find the right stock at the right price now...

    Agreed. Frankston is too hard to get a bargain now

    I disagree - all of Frankston is still a bargain. The infrastructure and fundamentals are there, so the only way is up. Seen it time and time again. How many stories have you heard? Should have bought there 5 years ago.

    Hrmmmm interesting that. I've heard alot of stories. So many projects happening ATM. I bought there in 2011. Have thought about selling but unsure ATM. Might extend the house now cause maybe too hard to rebuy with prices now
