Also Marriott being built on Davey St. The plans look very impressive. I just hope the council don't screw it up.

yeah i beleive kris has said to me multiple times that the cbd has had millions spent on it and sick of wasting it there. hence why things like karingal hub extension had been built. noone wants to pay 1.50 for parking in frankston LOL!!!

Lol fair enough...it should be free atleast for 2-3 hours and then have some payment...to weed out people parking it while using the station and surrounding areas....lol..dont know if we will get to see that....is there any talk about the spotlight group..development of leawarra?

The electrification to Baxter is now effectively off the table. Productivity commission has recommended improved bus service only. The Spotlight Groups plans really hinged on that development, and even more importantly it was a plan that was never well fleshed out anyway. It was always just a concept, never an actual plan.

Looks like the prices for Frankston have gone up in the last couple of months...and is now stagnating...

    Any views on the same?

From what I can tell, property prices continue to strengthen in Frankston beyond belief. They've gone up so much, that I'm very tempted to sell my IP there. But the fundamentals of the area are making me hold on for further gains down the track.

The fundamentals do seem very strong for the area, even far flung places are fetching high prices...frankston is under valued for the location and the infrastructure it already has...

I've been looking at sales in Seaford and there still seems to be strong results coming through. Harris will be able to give us a solid update in a couple of weeks. :)

You may be right. I am just saying that some recent sales indicate the area is still seeing growth. :)

There seems to be a stagnation of prices coming now in Frankston, is that a fact or just my perception?
