ok have 2 women’s shops selling women’s clothes etc.

Strong local brand name 10k FB followers who or all organic very limited early days advertised a lot now all organic etc

    Averages:

One shop Weekly revenue 7k - 40% margin
    Rent shop $400 weekly

    2nd shop 5k weekly revenue - 40% margin
    Rent shop: 450

Owners work 6 days out for 14 out of both shops

Wanting to franchise second shop as many loyal customers have mentioned buying it ( the shop with less revenue)

I’m not sure about the business model eg:

Should they Purchase and pay percentage on revenue with personal guarantee in case they go bankrupt?

Or free entry price but 2% on items they order from us and annual fee for using brand name?
    Anything else?

    Very new to this

    Is is possible?

I now I need a good franchise lawyer etc
