l'm in a few. Too much though. l wanna get the hell of damn computers .
Can't believe we can waste so many hours looking at a screen and keyboard these days.
Too much , it's too easy to just come home and turn this stupid machine on rather than do something real.

    Back to this...
Facebook groups and communities I enjoy are:

    * Humans of New York (lots of amazing human stories... Brandon the photographer has an amazing skill to deliver the deepest stories from people)
    * Michael Leunig Appreciation Page :)
    * Old Sydney Album (mostly old photos of Sydney locations... very active)
    * Australian Mustachians - frugality and a focus on money management

I also enjoy reading Quora and I dip into interesting threads on an airbnb hosts forum.

I'll also say/admit that I'm part of the Sydney Dymphna community. Don't shoot me! But they are great for education, goal setting and networking :)

    :)

Tip on everything in life: Always do your due diligence!
    Trust.... but verify.
And you have to be accountable to yourself. If it doesn't feel like its the right to do for yourself, simply just don't do it. :)

Humans of New York... simply moving stories of everyday people....
    :)

when I was in Australia, I did not found bigger pockets on google. I accidently found it when googling on an overseas trip.

I learned a lot about property related terms and lang in US market fro this forum. Also learned different types loans i.e hard money loan, traditional loans etc. I read a lot of stories which members shared how to buy mortgagee houses and how nightmare to vacant the house. In US, banks sell the mortgage (i.e house) as it is. Banks do not give you a vacant house on the settlement date. You have to do all your efforts to vacant it. For example, go to court, ask police come to vacant, change the locks, etc.

All my foreclosure purchases have been vacant possessions

I have heard of investors buying foreclosures where they had to get rid of tenants

You are buying at rock bottom, worth it when discounted 70%
