Foreign capital- brisbane

    What will it take for Brisbane and the GC to attract foreign capital? As the lions share has and is currently going to the southern capitals.
    Likely, there is less of of it to go around as emerging market governments have clamped down - especially in China and India.
    Is it too late for seq to attract these funds?

    Sunnybank seems to be getting a lot of attention from the Chinese.

    I guess stand at Sydney airport with a wobble board having Brisbane on it :)

    Once people start thinking other markets are to hot they will start looking elsewhere.
