    I'm interested in hearing peoples experiences with purchasing / buying on Forecasting / predictions reports, such as Residex / John Linderman etc.

    I'm not a fan of anyone's prediction reports. Reality has a bad habit of not conforming to mathematical calculations of what is supposed to happen.

    no such thing, most just rubbish in=rubbish out or use some standard average number.
    have you ever seen financial planner and all their pretty chart and predicting what you will have by the time retire :)?

    most don't have any where near that amount.
    use your experience, knowledge and come up with a strategy that works for you is the best
    report, formula you can ever have

    Prediction reports and market forecasts are designed to make fortune tellers look good. :D

    Predictions make money for some people, but only if you are the one making and selling them.
