    This is complete madness. Ok, forget Sydney, but let's see their predictions for Adelaide. In 2025 - median - 700k. Let's say a mortgage of 650k with a rate of 7,5%, that is 50k IO. Who, on a standard wage that might be 60-65k by 2025 would be able to afford such a loan. And they say that after prices in Adelaide grew only 41% in the last decade, going higher a bit more than official stated inflation.
    That crap is not worth the money it's printed on. :(
