    Sure thing. Printing out the quarterly report and the indicative NTA tomorrow. I'll cover them with highlighter, google current prices and post here when I have narrowed it down to my first parcel. Will probably start with something not too fancy like AFI just to get my toes wet

    quick question about opening up a trading account.
    thinking about going with NABtrade. can anyone comment on their platform or service? I don't have existing accounts with any of the banks that offer a trading account so i'm a free agent. happy to go anywhere if someone has a recommendation or knows of any good startup offers at the moment

    I use both commsec & bell direct both easy to use,understand CMC Markets is good & only $10 per trade.

    thanks again to everyone in here for the volume and quality of the feedback I've received. this is a great resource because of all of you. I've formulated a LIC/ETF strategy and have posted it in the 'other assets' page. if any of you want to check it out and give me some feedback, I'd be very grateful.
