    I know this is old post, but it can't hurt to say....... your not Robinson Crusoe :)

    Not everyone has smooth sailing, we will see how many of the new experts are going if Sydney has a decent pull back, I have lost money before in Sydney.

    Even people who are initially negatively geared should be looking at all possible ways to the max income from the property they own.

    In the interest of getting this thread back on track, I get contacted by owners occasionally with blocks of units (1 title) and got a cheap old 10% scenario sent to me last week - western NSW. Do any of the investors who have owned flocks of bats @geoffw etc want to discuss the pros and cons of these as +cf investments?
