    Hi all,

anyone here thought about - or have started, a food van? If so, how did it go?

just curious - seems like it could be a good side hustle if you have the right product…

likewise, anyone know if the regulations are prohibitive?

not interested in a restaurant - but a food van seems it may be easier and cheaper to do.

Was chatting with my sparky last week. He's doing the farmers markets with a stall (specialty meats). He's loving it & cut back on electrical work to 2-3 days/wk.

I know it is an old thread, but location is everything.

Where the van will be will determine your sales potential.
