    Hi all,

I’m looking to add a long term purchase to my portfolio with decent CF - I’m not expecting much CG from Ingham as the rate of growth is pretty stable for the last 10 years, but the rental yield isn’t bad at 7-9%. Anyone heard of folks investing in the Ingham area with success?

    Cheers,

Be aware of the parts of Ingham which flood eg centre of town always goes under.

Always lots of unit blocks for sale in Ingham, might skew high yield figures

Avoid Ingham for investment opinion only.

Son born there, so love the place BUT it is stable and / or shrinking. Locals work hard on lobbying and promotion.....mainly funded by government.

Linked to fortune of sugar prices.

Have a visit. We lived in Forrest Beach. Lots of rentals there.

    Opinion only
