Not sure how useful this data is to us investors - (and it is a rather crude measure of simple averages), but it is still interesting. Either you've got kids or you've had smoko. Interesting how rents can drop $40-50/ wk by moving a couple of stations either side of Chatswood or St Leonards. This becomes a bit of an indicator of older housing stock vs newer/redevelopment areas.
