I thought they had extended their life??

However you can keep them alive if you make purchases that give you points as I'm pretty sure that counts as activity. So buy something off Ebay with your QFF account noted, shop at Woolworths etc etc

3am and an Airbnb 4 blocks away is still drunkenly yelling and pumping music ... suspect Sydneysiders let lose ... hoping all three neighbors have the stamina to start their lawnmowers at 7am

If you track how many steps you do, you can sign up for the Qantas Wellbeing app and get a token amount of reward points for the activity you do. It's primarily designed for having Qantas health insurance but you can get a small amount of points even if you don't.

Not even a problem but more of a curiosity.

On Friday ordered some goods online. Invoice then showed the company was located in the UK (that was not obvious from the website). However, the tracking shows the product was shipped from NZ. It is to arrive today. The amount debited from my account indicates the company as being Sydney based - no international loading on the payment by the bank.

The things they do and they seem to do it very well.

There's a couple of online stores I deal with who operate this way.

    Local billing, international delivery.

I think The Book Depository works this way, as does MobileZap and I think there was a mountain bike parts store which was the same.

The last time I ordered some running spikes for my son directly from Nike (paid in AUD), I wasn't sure of sizing - so I ordered two pairs a half size apart. One pair shipped from the US and the other shipped from Germany. The size we didn't need was sent back - free returns!

Mr Angel ordered a set of two lithium batteries last week or so. The first surprise was that one arrived only two days later - we are used to everything he orders online taking at least two weeks, usually longer. But the super weird thing is that the second battery arrived the following day - you would think they would be kept together.

Mrs No Mates had a giggle - the local Colesworths ran out of the reusable plastic bags due to a 'warehouse supply problem'. All of the Karens were going off. :D

I thought it was BYO or take a trolley with you.

If I didn't bring shopping bags (my go-to usual are Ikea bags), I'd use one of the boxes the stock comes in! Ok, that's more commonplace at Aldi.... good, different. Karens don't typically shop there though. (No offence to reasonable "Karens").

I'd just pack it back into the trolley and take out to the car, where I have a dozen heavy duty reusable bags (not the plastic rubbish) - people are so entitled nowadays!

I'll raise you with one of them inside our house a couple of years ago. Snake wrangler said to "keep him in the vicinity. I'll be there in 45 minutes."

Each time he started to move, I'd block him (from a distance). I couldn't get up the stairs even if I wanted to. Thank goodness she got there fast. IMG_5825.jpeg IMG_5827.jpeg

The pens came. But one of them had a complete dent near the black rubber end so the metal is a cresent moon shape, and the stylus ends don't work as per their illustrations.

    Always, buyer beware. Screenshot_20211130-085453_Samsung Internet.jpg Screenshot_20211130-085436_Samsung Internet.jpg

It's hard to see from the picture, but it's a python, isn't it?

Yesterday my sparky mate came around to do some bits and pieces and while he's poking his hands into the powerboard, we had a chat (it's my favorite activity: try to distract your sparky while he's fiddling around with deadly power) and he told me about his dad telling him, quite casually, while he visited him, that there's a loose Tiger snake in the house.
My nate ask his dad what does that mean, to which the dad responded that a Tiger snake came into the house few days ago, he closed off the door and that's that.

My mate asked if he thought about calling a snake catcher.
The answer was: "Nah.... It'll leave at some point...."

Yes it is,just went down and covered the snake up as it's raining very hard today..

The best way is just leave them alone as that one has been on the property for a long time and a few others and we never have any mice rats.. ,but if it was a tiger or brown or red-belly black then there is no way you would get that close without knowing there is 99-999 percent strike rate..

Yeah.... Pythons are good to have around.

I'm not afraid of many things, but I've got lots of respect (aka healthy fear) of snakes.
I know they will not do anything unless provoked, but you never know when Mr. snake had a bad day with Mrs. snake.....

Updated I phone overnight and now everything is upside down with the web address at the bottom of the page. They shouldn’t upset old people like this at breakfast
