What sort of style are you looking for? I think the standard size is 305cm round - I found some using that search terminology.

I found one website (not with 3m round) - missamara - you take a pic of your room and it shows what the rug will look like (sort of) in your room - helpful feature I think.

Three largest I could find was 240 ... but will try a search for 305. Want something patterned with fresh beachy colours

I taught myself to drive stick at age 15 with the family beater wagon when my mum would go socializing on the weekends. A few years later went for my driving test and the first thing the instructor says is "you have done this before". 3 lessons later went for my test and couldn't believe they had given me permission to be in charge of a motor vehicle at age 17 with so little experience, anyways I made it to middle age so I guess they knew what they where doing haha.

Ah yes. Nothing like dragging down the motorway and throwing it into 3rd instead of 5th to teach one the finer points of manual driving

Just glad there was no such thing as mobile cameras while we survived our teenage years

It was -4C in Canberra this morning. Not a FWP for me but it was for the birdlife. The bird bath was frozen. They have moved to Jindabyne to get warm.

-4.9, slightly colder than the night before.

We had one of those nights a few years ago - my daughter called me to tell me how cold it was in Sydney. +4ºC. And this is from somebody who has lived a year in Calgary, Canada, where it reaches -30ºC.

Lil Ms No Mates knows that 2nd/3rd is great for 'zoom zoom' into fast moving freeway traffic.

Master No Mates is still waaay too cautious  - takes after his grandmother (who doesn't drive).

So it turns out there is a secondary (and much finer) filter on the back of our gas heater which also needs to be kept clean - helps if you RTFM!

Ignition failure was caused by a lack of air due to blocked filter - not due to unit fault.

I was worried for a while that we would be shivering all week while we wait for a service technician - especially problematic given the kids are schooling from home as well and our little oil column heater won't heat the whole house like the gas does.

Anyway - we have heat again after I gave it a thorough clean!

Just like my Dyson stick vac was not sucking, it kept cutting out and then eventually I realised the pipe was clogged. Who knew?

    These devices should tell you.

Sunday morning thought we'd support the Locals, so walked down to one of the Cafe. Just as few dishes to choose from, ordered an omelette and Benny. They have 3 wait-staff running around taking orders and cleaning tables.
It's now 45- minutes have gone and still no sign of food. It's quite busy but not all tables are occupied.

Trying to understand why they are so slow. I can understand 20-minutes, but 45? This seems to happen to us a lot...

Most in Canberra don't - they have gas heating and evaporative coolers for summer
