    {Note from mods - this thread continues from here: First world problems 2019}

    Had to complete some touch ups on the ceiling. Grabbed the trusty old ceiling white, as you do...

    Dang, it dried yellow (not quite white).

    Went back and redid the touching up this morning, mixed the can thoroughly. Touch ups done.

    Did I mention that the can sprung a small leak?

    BTW, the paint is still yellow tinged.

    NYD, paint shop's closed. It'll wait until tomorrow.

    Mr Angel managed to reverse our new car into the rubbish bin yesterday. You know, the bin with the bright yellow lid. How he missed it I dont know, perhaps he didn't think to check the reversing camera. He didnt know the bin was out there either. Strange, they were clearly visible in front of every other house in the street too.

    My mum had dementia. Initially it wasn't that evident - until the day she drove away with the pump still in the car.

    Mr Gockie managed to have an accident while driving the rental car yesterday.... second time in about 2 years we’ve rented a car overseas and he’s had an accident driving it. (Tiredness)
    I do the majority of the driving of the rental cars while on holidays but he does the driving after lunch.....

    Anyway, I received my camera that I was supposed to receive before we went on holidays....

    Some dirt bag pinched the birdbath I had out on the downstairs balcony. Got to Bunnings shortly after 6:30 am and got one of the last of them left.

    Also picked up P2 masks which were available but limited to two per person. Heard they have all sold out now.

    Running very low on beer!:eek::eek::eek:
    Awaiting delivery from Dan Murphys. Ordered well before Xmas, but with the way the Public Holidays panned out delivery has taken longer than expected.
    Always order 10 cartons at a time to receive free delivery.;)

    Very first world prob. Been only eating the very best cuts of the ham, offcuts to the dog & chooks! Froze some bacon like cuts for ron.

    But I still had to spend $4.50 on ice to put beer in an esky.

    I'm in North Sydney. Decided to go to the place that sells Lemongrass chicken rolls for lunch. I love those rolls even if they are $10 each.

    While taking a phone call, I walk to the store. I end up walking too far. So I go back to the store. But... the reason why I walked past it the first time is because the store is closed! But not only that... it's permanently shut, there's a sign the PREMISES ARE UP FOR LEASE. How dare they....

    And... where am I going to get these rolls now :(

    I am too cheap...

    Second first world problem.

    I have a pair of white jeans. I rarely wear them because they get dirty easily. Anyway I tried them on again a couple of days ago because I wanted to wear them that day.

    But.... They are too tight around my thighs!! I blame unicycling. The waist is fine so it's not general weight gain to blame....
