    With the smoke haze impacting on Canberra for the last two or three weeks it is difficult to get a good night's sleep if you're a person who needs to have a window open. I had to capitulate last night and turn the aircon on.

    Still bad haze around so hang the expense, the aircon stays on.

    FWP? Whinging about having to turn on the aircon. At least I have it available.

    The last four days over Christmas just cancelled out the previous two months of sweating my backside off at the gym.

    Back on the diet shakes and hitting the gym tomorrow :(
