I set my alarm to wake me at 6am yesterday, unfortunately I bumped the time up by an hour.

All good, the alarm went off. Getting light outside, birds chirping, unknown radio announcer (Trevor Chappell).

Got dressed, virtually out the door when I realised that I was an hour early.

I must have too much time on my hands.

Bosch is plugging that it's dishwasher uses 12,000 L less water than handwashing dishes for a whole year. Big saving, and an honourable goal - yes.

Then I did the calculation: Sydney Water charges $2.11/kL, so the extra water will cost about $13.

I think I would rather wash up by hand as it will take 60 yrs to recoup the cost of the dishwasher. (You might have to buy more than one dishwasher to last 60 years)

That's roughly 33 litres a day, an amount that I would be flat out using half of to hand wash dishes for the two of us, let alone it being extra above what a dishwasher would use.

    You most certainly must.

However, the actual FWP is you even have water available to wash dishes - and potable water at that.

Small stand alone freezer available to a good home.

However, I suggest you don't open it or if you do wear breathing apparatus and a full Hazmat outfit.

Inadvertently turned the thing off about three month ago.

Goes to show how often I actually used it.

Um, there is some in it.

Going to gaffer tape the top and take it to the tip. No way am I going to try and clean it out. What has happened in it is what happens to any carbon-based (former) life-form.

Almost pity the poor bugger who sees it at the tip and thinks "Oh goodie. A freebie..."

Probably should put a large warning sign on it but I wont.

Send it off as a "special donation" to the political party of your choice - I could suggest the Palmer United Party but that would be cheeky of me..

Don't you hate it when the credit card statement is for $666?

A car swiped the right side of our car. Now we won't have a car for a while waiting for it to be fixed :(

Doesn't your insurance provide a replacement vehicle while yours is being repaired?
I could not do without wheels!

For 14 days, not sure if my car would be fixed by then. The other person got no third-party property insurance, so can't get the likes of Right2drive. All good, at least it gives us the chance to try other car model :)
Not sure about we picked up, but we did get towed
