I don't know what sort of alcohol the courier likes.

The last Startrack Courier who dropped something off got out of his van, dropped the "missed delivery" ticket in the mailbox, went to the back of his van and scanned the item. All while we watched through an open window (car was in the driveway).

It wasn't until I asked him why he didn't ring the doorbell that he gave me the parcel. No alcohol for him.

My son's fiance is studying to become a beauty therapist. Dont ask.

There are some treatments that she still hasn't been examined for yet and she is frantically begging everyone she knows to volunteer and go to Tafe next week. She still needs to do spray tan and waxing - all kinds of waxing. Apparently the Prince cant go because he works at that time, and she cant get her sister or any of her friends from church to volunteer either. Really, wonder why?

Being the best Mother in Law in the Universe, I am getting a bikini wax and a spray tan. Oh and leg wax too?

    Oooo Kkkayy.

I am nearly old enough to be her grandmother - what do I need to know about a bikini wax? I cant go this Wednesday as I have an appointment with a Qld Senator about NDIS. So I have until Wednesday in TWO week's time to stress about this.

Hair salons do it all the time - need a warm body to practice a hair cut.

First, I don't like using a smartphone for internet connection as the provider I use is having issues with broadband connection. No provider, it isn't because the router I use is not compatible with the network so stop reading from the script and get the line issue fixed.

Second, without asking my permission, changing my account password so I can "reconfigure" the router to work with your network. It was working just fine for weeks so neither compatability nor the "need" to reconfigure is the problem.

The problem is you not me.

Agreed. I'm definitely not a happy Satay. Will have to change password on all of my stuff to receive emails, etc. When broadband gets up that is.

Now at least the ISP has acknowledged it is a network issue. Maybe they ran out of 30c pieces to put in the meter. That or the mouse died.

I went for a bike ride this morning (not the problem) got held up by cars going too slow

Council hadn't cleared the soil, bark ant branches off the bike path - had to dodge a few things

My future daughter in law was unwell and had to cancel my spray tan and the bikini wax. O what a pity, I was so disappointed. Not.

I was supposed to be building a gingerbread house at my work 1-2pm tomorrow with my colleagues. Yay. :)
But today someone scheduled a meeting related to an actual work issue for the same time. Boo :(

If you've got something much more important than work, like this team building exercise, block out the time in everyone's diary :D

Everybody else invited to the serious meeting weren’t part of my gingerbread house building/decorating team :(

@Gockie - you obviously mix in more important circles than the rest who were invited.

My go to question for work issue meetings is usually "do you really need me there?" Or, the decline button on invite email:cool:

I find it better when watching different US based equities sites to just turn the volume off and ignore all their advice and listen too music..
