First time poster, first time reader... Management Melb Recommendations Plz

    3 Properties, StKilda, Reservoir and Werribee. (Flat, townhouse, house, respectively)

    Looking for rental manager. For best price. I mostly look after all maintenace on all properties(ie... I'll do the inspections). Just need a manager for low % for rent collection, yearly rental tax invoice (what's that called ?) and for the occasion where carp hits the fan and u need a pro (that's the main reason really).
