I have been searching area's such as Logan? I have read some really bad reviews but than other investors saying it's great. With quite a low budget of $350,000 - $475,000 and not knowing Queensland at all I would love some local imput :).
Every Real Estate I have spoken to have different thoughts and now I am just totally confused!
I have finance and I am ready to go but I have no idea where to go. LOL
Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Virginia

Logan is a large area so picking the right area is worth doing. Ipswich also has property in ur budget.

For a place of residence choose carefully based on ur priorities, Bethania Meadowbrook Regents Park Cornubia etc etc

For investment Eagleby Beenleigh Meadowbrook Loganlea Creastmead etc

Place of residence u want a nicer area costs a bit more, return is a bit less. But living is nice.

Some places are cheap and have a good return, so they make better investments.

    No rocket science.

search Bris greater region by $ and spec

    map search not list

then eliminate the dogs (retirement homes student accom off the plan etc)

Remove flood prone areas (near creeks and rivers on your map!)

    research the suburbs- what’s left.

it sounds silly, but that’s how we narrowed our search
