    Hi,
This is my first subdivision project in East Cannington.
I have received my geotechnical report and it is a class P site because of the loose soil.
"No problematic soil, mine subsidence, collapsing soils, very reactive soils were observed at the site"

The work required for to become a class A site is to strip off topsoil of 100 mm and backfill with clean sand and compact the site.

My question is do I need to the earthworks now to get them to class A to get my titles issued? Or can I wait till when I start building?

Any recommendations for anyone that could do the earthworks set out in the geotechnical report in Perth? How much would I be looking at for the earthworks?

How many new lots and how large is the parent lot?

    Is the block sloping?

The block is 1012m2, two new blocks behind the existing house leaving it with 404m2 for the existing house. Flat block no slopes
