Hi, This is my first subdivision project in East Cannington. I have received my geotechnical report and it is a class P site because of the loose soil. "No problematic soil, mine subsidence, collapsing soils, very reactive soils were observed at the site" The work required for to become a class A site is to strip off topsoil of 100 mm and backfill with clean sand and compact the site. My question is do I need to the earthworks now to get them to class A to get my titles issued? Or can I wait till when I start building? Any recommendations for anyone that could do the earthworks set out in the geotechnical report in Perth? How much would I be looking at for the earthworks?
The block is 1012m2, two new blocks behind the existing house leaving it with 404m2 for the existing house. Flat block no slopes
