Do you have direct property in Australia (it is a property forum)? Do you need more exposure here?

No, I don't have any direct property in Australia at the moment, more exposure would be good

Why are you investing in the stock market? Dividends? Cap growth? What's your time frame?

What’s your risk appetite? Will you stress out when the market fluctuates? Or will you sit back and wait, and potentially double down?

Without knowing all your circumstances I would just Chuck it in one of the big LIc’s (afi, arg or mlt) or etf’s such as vas or something similar, keep chucking more in there when you can afford it and get on with your life without worrying to much about it.
    Not advice

Given your capital growth focus I wouldn’t be buying the property index you mentioned.

The reason is most of the return from commercial property is usually the rental return, while growth tends to be more or less in line with inflation + a bit.

The international index fund you suggested will likely have good returns over time and if capital growth was my goal that’s probably what I’d focus on.

Sorry to steal the thread.Watching this thread with interest from a dividend investor point of view. Very resilient in selling things up when market turns violently red. Very Long term horizon.
Already own a parcel of AFI picked up in Feb blip for DCA every year, BKI and recent add PMC will be regularly purchasing when ever I can once or twice year. Would like to have a mix of shares and dividends was the reason for choosing above products . Don’t want to duplicate things buying another product with same or similar holdings. What would you add in my situation. I am so tempted to add VAP for their recent dividends but not convinced yet.

Moderate risk appetite, not at all I will sit back and wait, don't plan on taking anything out in the next 5-10 years and I aim to continually build a portfolio
