First property buyer

    I would agree with that. I guess after having these discussions i'm now looking at a place to buy that I can live in that hopefully will increase in value. So with that in mind, Brisbane is probably the go. I may just have to wait a few months until I know exactly where I'm gonna be working in Brisbane with the promotion. Then once I'm settled it might be the time to buy. I guess I'd just rather buy now rather than wait until the property market in Brisbane picks up as everyone seems to be saying. But hopefully a few months waiting won't change things too much.

    I'll look at investment property further down the track but can't hurt to learn now.
