    +1 for Werribee on the south size of the town centre, avoid the new estates.

    Don’t forget the spill over effect. Unless a school zone is desired people don’t spend because they like the name of a suburb. Most of the buyer in this area are young and they look for budget than location. A clear example is Tarneit, the station has not added significant growth to close to station houses.

    What you guys think about these suburbs :

    1) Caroline Springs
    2) Taylors Hills
    3) Craigeburn
    5) Fraser Rise
    5) Burnside
    6) Sydenham
    7) Sunbury
    8) Roxburgh Park

    Which one would be your pick and why ?

    In my humble opinion, if it was me (of course you are different) I'd go with Burnside from that list BUT I'd look at St. Albans near Ginifer if I could stray from this list.

    I believe most of Burnside is already developed? Bare in mind though Burnside seems to have a few things which I would mind:

    - Doesn't have PT access.
    - A bit close to the women's prison?
