    Hi,
Great advises on the forum, very helpful.
My query is related to FHBSA and FHOG in NSW.
I signed a contract for off the plan apartment for 600k in Dec 2017 (at that time i had no ownership/interest in any property) and we have been living on rent (lease) till date.
Earlier this year in April (before the settlement of the aforesaid apartment), i purchased and settled an investment property (stamp duty also paid) which was rented out straightaway.

Now the off the plan apartment is coming for settlement.
I would like to confirm that I am still eligible for FHBSA (stamp duty exemption) and FHOG for the apartment based on the date of contract (Dec-2017) and that way it is technically my first home for which i signed for and will also be my first place of residence (as i have been living on lease till date).
And is there a way I can provide all this explanation when submitting the applications?
    Any advice would be helpful.
    Thanks
