First home buyers grant

    If two first-home buyers buy a property jointly, are they each able to claim the full first home buyers grant, or are they able to claim only half of it each?

    You apply jointly and you only get it once between the two of you.

    Only one grant will be provided.

    If one had already claimed the FHOB then none of you will get the grant.

    My wife loses out on the FHOB grant as she married me, small price I feel lol.
